The cult-pop-punk band Psihomodo Pop was formed in 1983 in Zagreb. The band had its biggest success during late 80's and early 90's.  During that time they became the first band from the region whose video was played on MTV. They also performed as opening acts for the Ramones in 1989. Their biggest hits include songs "Frida", "Sexy Magazin", "Ja volim samo sebe", "Kad sam imao 16".
