At the Fort
Food & Drink
We have given considerable attention to the wine cellar, which will be carefully stocked to trump expectation and reward exploration. And what good is good wine without great food? The mission here is to offer vibrant, creative, local cuisine to match the vaulting ambition of the Fort George project, and a dining experience to live up to its spectacular setting. Read more
The garden will host a string of high-profile bands, solo artists and DJ's as part of a programme of summer entertainment to match anything in the Adriatic. By day it's simply a beautiful spot to relax with a bite to eat in the sun or dappled shade - by night it's the biggest party on the island. There is always something happening in the garden and we invite you to join us! Read more
By hosting the work of great contemporary artists from Croatia and beyond, the Fort will establish itself not just as an enjoyable venue but as a cultural hub and a supporter of artistic endeavour. Artists will be invited to take up residencies over the summer to allow them to respond to and be inspired by their surroundings, infusing the Fort with their vibrancy and creativity. Read more
