About Fedde Le Grand

Fedde Le Grand is a Dutch DJ and producer widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in house music. His track Put Your Hands Up For Detroit became a global anthem and introduced him to audiences worldwide. Since then, he has released a catalogue of tracks including The Creeps, Let Me Think About It, Rhythm Of The Night, and So Much Love, and has performed at Tomorrowland, Coachella, Ultra Music Festival, EDC, and Creamfields.

He has remixed artists including Coldplay, Madonna, Rihanna, and Shakira, and has featured in the DJ Mag Top 100 for over a decade.

On 16 July, he brings that energy to the fortress walls above the Adriatic.

What to Expect

Fort George opens at 22:00 for an open-air night within a restored 19th-century fortress, with panoramic views across the Adriatic and a bar serving cocktails and drinks throughout the evening. Alongside Fedde Le Grand, the night also features support acts DJ Mokaby (Germany), DJ Miggle (USA), DJ Paulo (Croatia), and DJ Max (Sweden).
The event is part of the Yacht Week summer programme on Vis Island and brings together guests from across Europe for a night above the sea. The dress code this year follows the Yacht Week Golden Era theme, marking two decades of Yacht Week in style. Think sunset palettes, metallic accents, sparkling vibes, and sophisticated attire.
Food will be available on the night at a self-service burger grilling station.

How to Get to Fort George

Fort George is located approximately 5 to 10 minutes by car from the town of Vis. Taxis are usually parked at the ferry dock in Vis port. Parking is available near the entrance and is free of charge. The venue can also be reached on foot from Vis Town, though the route is uphill.
